Laura Belluomini, MSN, RN, CCM Founder
My name is Laura Belluomini and I’ve been caring for Californians as a Registered Nurse for over a decade. I have a Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) in Healthcare Systems Leadership from the University of San Francisco and am also a Certified Case Manager (CCM). I am originally from Kirkland, Washington and I received my undergraduate degree from the University of Montana in Missoula, where I also played basketball. Nursing school is what brought me to the Bay Area in 2003, and I am so glad it did.
I worked as a clinical and administrative nurse at UCSF prior to founding Marin Home Care. I worked in an ambulatory periop setting, and I saw how happy my patients were when they went home after surgery. It made me realize that there really is no place like home and motivated me to make the transition into helping seniors age in place comfortably at home.

My name is Caroline Glassell and I have a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Bentley University in Boston, MA. I'm originally from Sweden and have lived in various countries and speak multiple languages. I have spent my career in client services and relationship management.
